We would like to inform you that there has been an incident on VoIP Services and it has been resolved.

Customers Impact : We apologise if you've experienced issues while making calls. There was a temporary malfunction with our call queues.
Depending on the settings, calls were either transferred incorrectly or disconnected.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a maintenance operation that were in progress.
