Here is detail for this incident : Start time : 17/03/2025 09:00 UTC End time : 17/03/2025 15:43 UTC Customers Impact : We apologise if you've experienced issues while making calls. There was a temporary malfunction with our call queues. Depending on the settings, calls were either transferred incorrectly or disconnected. Root Cause : This incident was caused by a maintenance operation that were in progress.
