Service improvement : Following several incidents with Filerz delivered in SSD SATA. We need to replace these drives with SAS drives, but we need to transfer the data and service to another filerz with SAS drives.

The triple replication automation will synchronise the data between the SATA SSD filerz and the SAS SSD filerz. This change will activate the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) action which will migrate the client service from SATA SSD filerz to SAS SSD filerz.

This intervention affect 66 filerz.

We will do the DRP of 10 servers per night.

Intervention will starts at 00:00 AM UTC+1 and stops at 08:00 AM UTC+1.

We will do one server at a time.

Service improvement : A few month back, we introduce a new version of our provisionning backend, which is used to setup remote actions on the overthebox device. The previous version is deprecated and existing overthebox need to be migrated toversion v0.6.33. We are planning to start to migrate customer on support level standard from February 8, and Premium customer from February 28.
End of migrations is planned for April 4.
