Impacted Service(s) : Impossible to log in email addresses, whether via webmail or a heavy mail client and send or receive emails.
Customers Impact : Customers were unable to access their email accounts, either via webmail or a heavy mail client, to send or receive emails. We would like to assure you that all emails received during the period of the incident will be stored securely and delivered progressively as the issue has been resolved.
