Start time : 30/12/2025 13:45 UTC End time : 30/12/2025 14:05 UTC Impacted Service(s) : The MX Plan service was temporarily unavailable on Filez229. Customers Impact : Customers using MX Plan were unable to log in to email (webmail or client) and could not send or receive messages. Messages received during the window were queued for delivery after resolution. Root Cause : This incident was caused by an electrical equipment issue.
