Impacted Service(s) : The mailboxes were unavailable on servers homez1 / homez7 / homez8 / homez9 / homez11 / homez12 / homez13 / homez15 / homez65.
Customers Impact : Customers were unable to log in to their email addresses via webmail or a heavy mail client, and were unable to send or receive emails. Any emails received during the incident were stored and delivered once the incident was resolved.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a network equipment issue.
