We had an incident on our Collaborative solutions offer which has now been resolved.

Start time : 06/02/2026 08:09 UTC End time : 06/02/2026 08:49 UTC Impacted Service(s) : The MX Plan service was temporarily unavailable on Filez1817. Customers Impact : Customers using MX Plan were unable to log in to email (webmail or client) and could not send or receive messages. Root Cause : This incident was caused by an electrical equipment issue. Messages received during the window were queued for delivery after resolution.
