We apologize for the inconvenience due to the maintenance during business hours. As the safety of our customers is our priority, we decided to initiate actions in emergency, without any preliminary information. Our immediate actions came to positive result as the incident is now closed and your emails solutions safe.

Indeed, as you might know, several critical vulnerabilities were disclosed by Microsoft this week, along with patches to restore the security level of their products (including the Exchange product we use for your e-mail services). The patch deployment linked to the CVE-2024-21413 and CVE-2024-21410 rated with a high severity ranking generated some degradations and downtimes. As a result, crisis unit was immediately deployed and teams were fully mobilized to define the right update process.

It was agreed that applying patches as quickly as possible was the most effective way of guaranteeing the security of your data and services. We therefore proceeded with patch deployment as soon as the non-regression tests had been validated. All services have been secured so far without downtime for all solutions (MXplan, EmailPro, Hosted Exchange, Trusted-Exchange), except from Private Exchange, whose architecture requires downtime for this type of intervention.

We did our best to make this maintenance as smooth as possible. Despite our efforts to communicate as quickly and widely as possible by e-mail or call, we regret that we have been forced to disrupt the activities of some of you at such short notice.
