We're going to delete release 16 of the php 5.4 branch (php5.4.16), as we are no longer maintaining it.

To avoid downtime on your sites, we advise you to always specify
the major/minor versions, without specifying the release in your .ovhconfig

example: app.engine.version=5.4 instead of app.engine.version=5.4.XX

(The current release of branch 5.4 is release 19)
