Impacted Service(s) : All MailHA clusters in GRA were unavailable.
Customers Impact : Users were currently unable to log in to their email accounts via webmail or email clients, and cannot send or receive emails. Emails received during this time will be stored and delivered once the issue is resolved.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by misconfiguration.
