Impacted Service(s) : Plan offers: no impact on the service, only issues to manage offer on the following services: 90Plan, 240plan, 720plan, MediaPlan and XXL Plan.
Customers Impact : During this migration, your hosting information is still on the old values (quota), so any modifications you make to your hosting may be incorrect. Other services will remain accessible.
Root Cause : This incident is caused by an ongoing migration on our Plan Offer services.
Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
