As part of our continuous improvement plan, maintenance is scheduled on our VOIP/Services/SMS offer.

Service improvement : We would like to inform you about new rules regarding Sender Management:
- Using a phone number as a sender is now prohibited. Such senders will therefore be removed. (This does not apply to SMS Virtual Numbers)
- Only non-accented alphabetic letters and numbers are allowed.
- Spaces and special characters are strictly prohibited.
As a result, OVHcloud will implement the following actions:
- Create and validate senders derived from existing ones that comply with these new rules.
- Allow, via the API, the use of old senders, which will be automatically translated into the new format.This translation will remain available several weeks to ensure compatibility, even after January 1st.
- Remove invalid senders before January 1st.
Customers impacted by these changes have already been contacted by email with further details.
