Update : When trying to add a domain, an incorrect list of domains is generated on Zimbra.

Start time : 21/01/2026 17:30 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Mailboxes do not appear on the manager. Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable to do actions (edit e-mail, edit password, migrate their account,...) on their mailboxes from the manager. However, mailboxes are still accessible from webmail. Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
