We had an incident on Web Hosting and Webmail which has now been resolved.

Impacted Service(s) : Webmail and Web Hosting storage were unreachable.
Customers Impact : Customers experienced difficulties accessing their email accounts, both through webmail and desktop email clients. They were unable to send or receive emails during this time. However, please be assured that all emails received during this period were stored and are being delivered as the issue is fully resolved.
Additionally, customers' websites hosted in the GRA region were temporarily unavailable across all clusters.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a network equipment configuration malfunction.
