Start time : 06/12/2025 18:41 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Some SIP carrier stacks are unreachable in RBX. Customers Impact : Incoming and outgoing calls have a malfunction in RBX. Customers must use the services in SBG to make their calls. Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
